Leslie brings more than thirty years of firsthand leadership experience and seventeen years as a Certified Integral Master Coach™ to her work with senior leaders. She also holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
At the center of her coaching method is the development of deeper self-awareness, helping leaders recognize the patterns and limiting beliefs that constrain their effectiveness and keep them from taking up their full leadership space.
Her approach draws on practical insights from neuroscience and adult learning principles, brought to life through creativity and bold coaching practices. Within a relationship built on trust, Leslie challenges what needs to be challenged and helps leaders translate deeper awareness into meaningful changes that hold up under pressure.
