Leslie Rohonczy is a Certified Integral Master Coach specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and high-performing teams. With more than 30 years of business and leadership experience, she works with senior leaders and teams who want to elevate their impact, expand their awareness, and turn insight into meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is rooted in the Integral Coaching method, a developmental framework that combines strategic thinking, creativity, compassion, and bold action. From 2011 to 2023, Leslie served as Corporate Coach at Export Development Canada, working extensively with executives navigating complex leadership challenges. She now works with senior leaders and teams across Canada.

MUSIC, CREATIVITY & COACHING
Leslie’s creative life is inseparable from her work as a coach. She is a songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and recording artist whose nine original albums explore identity, belonging, resilience, personal growth, relationships, and the inner critic.
Many of her songs are informed by themes that surface in coaching and by the practice of seeing the world through another person’s eyes. She also brings music into her therapeutic music coaching and selected presentations, using songs and stories to invite reflection, insight, and meaningful conversation.
BEYOND COACHING
Leslie spends much of her creative time writing songs, articles, and new coaching material. She is also a painter and visual artist whose landscapes, portraits, and abstract works have appeared in exhibitions across Ontario and Quebec.
At home in Ottawa, Leslie and her husband share their space with a changing cast of puppies they foster for Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. She is also the proud mother of two and Lala to one grandchild.
