  • Observing non-verbal cues, transparency, and trust are encouraged. 

  • The central figure is an individual leader seeking insights. 

  • Two rounds of participation: 

  • In the first round, the leader shares a specific challenge, receiving powerful questions from peers. 

  • In the second round, peers offer suggestions, solutions, and mentoring.

Leaders and employees participate in private interviews covering 15 distinct themes. 

Observations and opinions are shared to identify what's working well and potential engagement issues. 

Strict confidentiality is maintained, with comments summarized into comprehensive themes. 

Detailed Report and Recommendations 

A final detailed report is delivered to leaders, including recommendations for each theme.

Recommendations span team development, leadership development, career development, and employee engagement. 

 

Leadership Presentation and Planning Session

Leaders present the report findings to employees, facilitated by the coach. 

A planning session is conducted to secure employee engagement in implementing recommendations and solutions.
